I recently coordinated a wedding at this venue, and it’s one of the most versatile spaces I’ve worked with. The layout makes it easy to create both a beautiful ceremony and a stylish reception. I attended a Halloween event here and overall had a positive experience. The atmosphere was nicely put together with themed decorations, and everything felt well organized throughout the evening. One thing I really appreciated was that I was able to come with my dog, and there were no issues at all, which made the visit much more convenient for me. I Held a film screening there recently and it was an awesome space. The rep helping us, Robert, really went above and beyond to make sure our screening was successful. This place has a lot of history and the theater could seat 200 people, with a good quality screen and sound, very rare to find. The owner Viktoriia works in the film industry and is very prompt. My guests really enjoyed it and we look forward to hosting future events there. ~ Rhym G

I’ve been there twice including for a friend’s wedding, and the experience was great. The place has a really unique vibe and works well for all kinds of events. This place is incredible! Historic and nostalgic feel while slightly modernized for all the comforts we're accustomed to. Ive worked out of here a few times now and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to book a venue for a film, ceremony, or any special event!
